I was stayed on 11th July , I have been given the receipt after paid full amount . But at time of Checkout , they have not provided Bill . said it will be mailed as system not working . I am chasing since last 10 days for bills , now they are saying they cant provide GST bill . that mean They are making fraud . I gonna complaint at GST department .

I am pleased with the rooms and location of this hotel. After a tiring flight journey, we had to wait for 4 hours for our room. Didn't even bother to offer complementary breakfast. Rubbish staffs..... probably "Bengali haters"...... Other than all these, its a good hotel no doubt..... But I am very disappointed with a particular receptionist in the hotel who didn't even bother to offer us room....I had to almost beg the sweeper to clean our room and he said that you can only enter when all the rooms in that particular floor are cleaned.....and visiting the reception counter was useless..... I felt humiliated..... although the location is good, I am never going to stay in this hotel just on emotional grounds....

The most Unhygienic place I have ever stayed. I have no words to express how that place is. It is a hell. The flush wasn’t working at all. The room was sticking & used bed spreads. Staying with them is at your own risk

Our travel agent had communicated with the hotel prior to the trip to confirm our late arrival from the airport and that four rooms had been booked and paid for. Upon arrival and presenting our hotel vouchers, they eventually informed us that only three rooms had been booked with two of them paid and one with payment outstanding - this was despite us having our copy of the hotel vouchers showing clearly the booking done through the travel agent as required. We were only staying one night as we had to catch another flight the next morning and so agreed to take a fourth room and to contact the travel agent in Australia in the morning when we got up for breakfast. They asked to take a copy of all eight passports and took them from us and said they would be returned in the morning. Told them I would not accept that and would be back down again in 10 minutes to collect them. Eventually got to bed at 3am and had to be up at 7am for breakfast and to get to the airport. The rooms were very basic with no water provided. In the morning breakfast was delivered to two of the rooms and I had to go and ask for the included breakfast to be made for the other two rooms. I messaged the travel agent in Australia with details of what had happened so they could get onto it as soon as possible the next morning. They contacted wholesaler and confirmed that four rooms had been booked and paid for, and the agent said they had been trying to call the hotel but had not been getting an answer. Told me they had emailed hotel and also asked me to get the hotel to call them. Hotel supervisor said there was no email and that they were unable to call Australia from the hotel. Agreed to pay for fourth room taken and the one supposedly outstanding but was only issued with a receipt for one of them, and was informed that the receipt for the third room booked with payment outstanding would be available online. The supervisor agreed to get transport to take us to the hotel and asked that we pay him 800 rupees and then pay 1200 to the driver when we get to the airport. The vehicle arrived with six seats available to transport eight of us plus luggage but we were desperate to get away to the airport so we squeezed ourselves in and left.

Worth the Price paid and best location,right outside the railway station and new Nampally metro station only 2 minuets walk,services and facilities are average but OK for the price paid. Can be booked online.
